Individuals

I work with individuals who sense that something important is asking for attention in how they lead or live.

This often arises during moments of transition, growth, or quiet unease, when success no longer feels fully aligned, or when clarity feels just out of reach. People come to this work with a desire to understand themselves more clearly, make decisions that hold, and shift the patterns that no longer serve them, so greater ease, clarity, and flow become possible.

Our work is reflective, grounded, and relational. Together, we slow down enough to see what matters, surface what’s getting in the way, and restore alignment between values and action.

The work is guided by my proprietary Living Ayni framework, which draws on Andean principles of reciprocity alongside modern science and systems thinking. Rather than offering prescriptions, the framework supports clarity, responsibility, and coherence, enabling growth to strengthen relationships rather than eroding them.

Engagements may be short-term or ongoing. Work may take place one-on-one or in small groups thoughtfully designed to strengthen your own capacity for clarity and decision-making, so what you gain continues well beyond our time together.

Organizations

I partner with leaders, teams, and organizations navigating complexity; moments when decisions carry real consequences and easy answers don’t exist.

This includes periods of change, growth, or strain, when misalignment shows up across priorities, relationships, or purpose. In these moments, technical and strategic solutions alone are rarely enough; what’s needed is the clarity and shared commitment people need to carry decisions forward together.

My work with organizations focuses on restoring alignment, so that decisions reflect shared values, and culture and impact match what leaders say they care about. Using my proprietary Living Ayni framework, I support leaders and groups in working more reciprocally: strengthening shared responsibility, trust, and the conditions for sustainable outcomes and shared success.

This work may take the form of leadership advisory, executive or team coaching, facilitated conversations, or focused workshops tailored to context, and always grounded in relationship rather than transaction.
