Living Ayni works with individuals and organizations navigating genuine complexity: transitions, patterns that keep repeating, decisions that carry real weight.

How we can work together

When we work together, we typically:

  • Identify what is true without judgment

  • Surface misalignment, trade-offs, and hidden costs

  • Restore coherence between values, decisions, and action

  • Strengthen your capacity to navigate future complexity independently

Individuals

Ayni Collective

Small-group cohort experiences, each limited to 10 participants, built on the Four Gates of Ayni Leadership, the Living Ayni relational model, and current neuroscience. Ayni Collective is for people who sense that the external system shapes the internal system, and vice versa.

The programs follow the natural cycles of life. Each season is devoted to the work that season calls for.

Fall · A Season of Release · 6 weeks
Seeing clearly what you carry and setting down what no longer serves, with gratitude.

Winter · A Season for Nurturing What We Value · 6 weeks
Looking inward: reconnecting with who you are and what you want more of.

Spring · A Season of Possibility · 8 weeks
The complete journey: from honest self-examination to what's genuinely possible, closing with a concrete plan for growth. Participants who completed fall and winter receive a returning rate.

Summer
There is no summer program, by design. Summer is the season of doing: living what you planted, out in the world. We'll be doing the same.

Some cohorts are open to everyone; others are dedicated to specific communities, such as professionals in mission-driven fields or women in leadership. Each cohort's focus is announced with its dates, so you can choose the one that’s right for you.

These programs follow the seasons of the global north. A southern hemisphere pairing is on the horizon: while one half of the world releases, the other regenerates. The whole is always in balance.

A participant, reflecting a month and a half after the cohort ended:

"Now, I am able to find grace in patience and not be anxious with anticipation. I am just learning to surf gracefully. I stumble, I lose my balance, but then I slowly find stability even when the waves billow." Bhakti G., World Resources Institute, India.

Individual Coaching

For people navigating a meaningful gap: between where they are and where their truth is pointing them, between what their environment rewards and what they know matters. Some arrive in a professional season: a role that no longer fits, a decision that carries real weight, leadership that is quietly depleting them. Others arrive in a personal one: a transition, an identity that no longer feels like their own, a life that works on paper but not on the inside. The work is the same, because who we are at work and who we are in life were never separate.

This work applies emotional intelligence, the neuroscience of behavior change, and Andean relational philosophy to help people develop clarity, make decisions they can stand behind, and live and lead in ways that are sustainable.

"Throughout my career leading international technology, private equity, and finance companies, I have experienced many different approaches and methodologies... nothing has quite compared to the approach Ornella takes. Having been involved in numerous investments throughout my career, I can confidently say that working with Ornella was one of the most valuable investments I have made. The returns are not measured simply in financial terms, but in the deeper understanding, awareness, and wisdom gained." Private Equity Investor, London, UK.

“Working with Ornella was incredibly valuable as I transitioned into a leadership role at a new organization and began leading a team. She helped me approach the role with greater confidence, ownership, and self-awareness, always listening carefully and guiding me toward my own answers rather than telling me what to do. One question that has stayed with me is, “What am I assuming about this situation?”, a simple but powerful tool for recognizing my patterns and responding more intentionally. I always looked forward to our sessions and came away with practical tools and a clearer sense of the leader I want to be.” Giselle Del Carmen, Tegucigalpa, Honduras.

“Working with Ornella has facilitated me in living the best version of myself. I am enjoying the strength and clarity I have found through Ornella’s approach. It has been positively transformational.” Vicki Hussain, Leeds, UK.

Engagements are tailored to individual needs. We begin with a conversation.

Group Coaching

Some things become clearer in the company of others. Up to six people meet regularly for 90 minutes, and each person brings what is alive for them that day. I coach one person at a time while the others listen. Watching someone else examine a belief or a pattern often reveals your own more vividly than being asked about it directly, so you leave having done your own work, even in the sessions where you spoke the least.

The rhythm is yours to set. I will offer a recommendation, and you decide how long we walk together. Confidentiality, non-directive inquiry, and full ownership of your own answers all stay the same. Group coaching is offered at a lower investment than individual work, and the two can be combined.

Organizations

Organizations that come to Living Ayni have capable people and clear missions. What they're experiencing is a nuanced problem: coordination that keeps breaking down, teams working in parallel rather than together, and leadership that senses something is off but can't locate exactly where.

The source is rarely a skills gap. It's usually relational: patterns in how people coordinate, make decisions, and absorb trade-offs that have become invisible precisely because they're so embedded. When those patterns shift, the way teams relate to each other, the decisions that are made, and the way the organization shows up in the world shift with them.

Living Ayni works at two levels, because the problem usually lives at two levels.

With leadership and organizational designers, the work focuses on the structural conditions shaping behavior: how success is defined and measured, how decisions are made, and where trade-offs are being absorbed invisibly across the system. This work can also include coaching for individual leaders navigating that redesign.

With the teams doing the actual work of execution, the work is experiential, making patterns visible, building new ways of coordinating, and creating the conditions for collaboration that is genuine and meaningful.

The Living Ayni Workshop 1–3 days, on-site or facilitated

A structured facilitated experience for leadership teams and organizations ready to examine what is actually shaping how people coordinate and make decisions.

The work surfaces where misalignment lives in how performance is defined, how trade-offs move through the system, and where collaboration is more form than substance. Participants do the mapping themselves, using Living Ayni's frameworks as the lens. What leaves with them is a shared understanding of what's actually happening, and ownership of the direction forward.

Works well as a standalone engagement and as an entry point for longer work.

Leadership Development Program Multi-month engagement

For organizations ready to go beyond a single session. Leadership teams work with the Living Ayni frameworks as a living practice, building new coordination habits and developing the internal capacity to sustain healthier conditions over time.

Each engagement is scoped through an initial conversation.

Engagements begin with a conversation to understand what’s present and determine whether working together feels aligned.
