A practice for living and leading in reciprocity.
Living Ayni (pronounced AHY-nee) weaves the Andean philosophy of reciprocity with modern neuroscience and relational practice to support people and organizations in moments of complexity, transition, and uncertainty.
Living Ayni does not promise transformation on demand. It creates the conditions for clarity, responsibility, and alignment because lasting change follows relationship, not momentum.
When we restore relationship with ourselves, with others, and with the whole, everything downstream changes: clearer decisions, impact without burnout, and success that uplifts everyone it touches instead of quietly extracting from them. Living Ayni is where inner alignment meets collective transformation over time.
Most leadership development treats leadership as a set of skills: communication, delegation, giving feedback, managing performance. Those things matter. But think about the worst leaders you have worked with. Their problem was rarely a missing skill. It was that they reacted instead of responding, projected what they could not face onto the people around them, and could not see the patterns they were repeating or the cost those patterns carried for everyone else.
No skills training fixes that. The work has to happen further upstream, in the relationship a person has with themselves. That is what Living Ayni does, and it is why this is leadership development rather than something adjacent to it. How you lead is downstream of how well you know what is actually driving you.
"What I valued most about the Ayni Collective was how much of the real work happens by looking inward. Leadership training so often stays at the surface — this one didn't. Ornella beautifully held space for that depth: an amazing facilitator whose career background lets her weave ancient wisdom into modern leadership in a way that feels earned, not decorative. In this new age of AI, I don't think that's optional anymore — the more sovereign we are, the more human we get to be, and the better we lead. Living Ayni helped me move from a more integrated place."
-Sasha, Spring Ayni Collective Cohort
“I had always treated work as a separate sphere, one where you compartmentalize parts of yourself and put on a kind of professional costume. Reflecting on how my upbringing, fears, patterns, and personal experiences influence how I show up at work has helped me better understand both myself and the way I navigate relationships and decision-making.”

What working together feels like
This work is thoughtful, grounded, and human, recognizing that healthy and lasting transformation does not happen overnight. Living Ayni invites us to remember that our words and actions have an impact on others.
Whether with individuals, teams, or leadership groups, we move at a pace that allows for depth without overwhelm. I create space for reflection, honest dialogue, and decisions that feel aligned, not imposed, in moments where pressure or complexity make easy answers insufficient.
People often describe the work as steadying. Complex, but not heavy. Challenging, but supportive in ways that increase confidence rather than dependence.
The aim is never perfection. It’s alignment between values and action, intention and impact, so your leadership creates tangible shared benefits.
Transformation begins with presence, through the quality of attention we bring to ourselves, to others, and to the systems we inhabit.
This is Ayni leadership: mutual flourishing through purpose, truth, and shared responsibility.

A gentle place to begin
You have made strong decisions before, yet the trade-offs now feel heavier. What once worked no longer feels sufficient. On paper, nothing is wrong. And still, something feels misaligned. Perhaps you no longer fully recognize yourself beneath the roles you carry.
This work is designed for moments like these. Living Ayni is not about fixing people or optimizing performance. It is about restoring right relationship, so that your decisions reflect what truly matters.
If this way of working resonates, you’re welcome to get in touch.

FAQ
-
We begin with a conversation. A first session is a space to understand what’s present for you and explore whether working together feels aligned—for both of us. There’s no pressure to decide anything beyond the next step.
-
My work is relationship-based, not one-size-fits-all. Pricing reflects the scope, depth, and context of the work we’re doing together, and is discussed transparently once we’ve clarified what support would be most meaningful for you.

There’s no fixed timeline. Some people come for a short period of clarity and grounding; others work with me over time as their leadership, work, or life evolves. We regularly pause to reflect and adjust, so the work remains responsive and reciprocal.
