Ayni Collective Workshop

An 8-Week Small Group Experience

May 13-Jul 1, 2026 · 90 minutes weekly · Virtual · Limited seats

Many of us sense that something in our work or lives isn’t quite working: a decision we keep circling, a pattern that repeats, or a quiet sense of being stuck even when things look fine from the outside.

The Ayni Collective Workshop is a virtual small, guided group experience designed to help you see these patterns more clearly and move forward with greater clarity, courage, and alignment.

The group format allows like-minded individuals to learn through dialogue, see their experiences reflected in others, and often recognize patterns faster than when reflecting alone.

Grounded in neuroscience and the Living Ayni philosophy of reciprocity, the workshop combines reflection, conversation, and practical tools to help you reconnect with what matters most and take meaningful steps forward.

Limited to 10 participants to preserve depth of conversation.

How Patterns Form Within Systems

Many reactions we experience at work feel purely internal. In reality, they are shaped through ongoing interaction with the systems around us. The workshop helps participants see these feedback loops clearly and experiment with small shifts that can change how those systems respond.

About The Facilitator

I am a former staff member and current advisor to global organizations including the World Economic Forum and the Inter-American Development Bank, as well as climate start-ups.

I have spent over two decades working at the intersection of leadership, systems change, and human development, with extensive experience designing and facilitating workshops for diverse groups.

Who It Is For

This space is for people working in sustainability and mission-driven fields who sense that something in their work needs deeper attention; not quick advice, but thoughtful reflection.

Participants are often:

  • Navigating an important decision or transition

  • Noticing patterns in their work or relationships they want to understand more clearly

  • Seeking space to think more deeply about alignment, values, and direction

  • Curious about integrating reflection with practical tools for action

Many participants also notice a pattern of second-guessing decisions despite being capable, overworking yet feeling it’s never enough, or hesitating to act on what feels true because it feels safer not to.

I designed this workshop with these people in mind, from my own lived experience.

Group Agreements

1. Willingness to reflect

Come prepared to look inward. This is not a space for abstract commentary. It is a space for personal examination.

2. Willingness to speak (within your comfort zone)

No one is required to share beyond what feels safe. You are responsible for engaging at your edge; not beyond it, but not hiding behind comfort either.

3. Willingness to experiment

Between sessions, you may be invited to try small behavioral shifts. Micro-experiments matter. Insight without action rarely leads to change.

4. Confidentiality

What is shared in this space stays in this space, unless you have explicit permission from the person who shared it. This is non-negotiable.

5. Attendance with integrity

Life happens. Flexibility exists. But this is not a drop-in experience. Consistency matters for you and for the group.

6. Mutual Respect

No judgment. Deep listening. Feelings do not require apology. Disrespect does.
